Positive aspects:
Clean, quiet, excellant housekeeping, helpful staff, cheery dining room.

Negative aspects:
Not "2 minutes from city center" However, good bus and metro service to everywhere.

Positive aspects:
Staff at reception was patient,helpful and welcoming. They were wonderful. Room in new building was very convenient for bathroom and closets. Mattress was very comfortable as were the comforters. Shower was large as was the bathroom with excellent water pressure

Negative aspects:
Temperature control was terrible. Air-conditioning did not properly cool the room in the evening. Several attempts by your technicians did not correct this Upon arrival there not enough pillows to accommodated an additional 2. The pillows provided the next day were unusable(lumpy and flat) Towels were very thin and course. New room was not convenient to reception and construction was still ongoing. The smell of sawdust was profuse.

Positive aspects:
2 minutes walk to metro station then easy to change to anywhere in the city. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Warm room and comfortable bed. Reception staff remembered my wake up call for early flight.

Negative aspects:
None at all.
