The Hotel-Pension Franz is situated in the centre of Vienna in one of the city's most attractive spots, just a few steps away from the well-known Ringstraße street, the monumental theaters and palaces, museums and municipal gardens. The pleasurable, family-friendly hotel built in the typical Old-Vienna baroque fashion features the Viennese style, elegance, hospitality, comfy guestrooms, superb service and abundant self-service breakfast. The hotel offers 25 recently remodeled and spacious guestrooms that overlook the gorgeous Sigmund-Freud-Park and are equipped with a private bathrooms with bath or shower, phone, minibar and cable television. Non-smoking rooms are also available. The hotel accepts major credit cards. Facilities available to guests: Room service TV room Safe Lift Central heating Secretary service Laundry The hotel arranges tickets for sightseeing tours, theaters and concerts.

The hotel is closed from January 8, to February 28, 2010 due to vacation.

The optimal connection to the public transportation at "Schottentor" square (Underground U2 and Tram lines 1,2,D,J,37,38,40,41,42,43 ) enables you to reach other important sights e.g. the Schönbrunn Palace(Underground U4), the Belvedere Palace (Tramway No. D) and the Prater Park(Underground U1) in a reasonable time.
