Positive aspects:
Esxellent experience staying at Hotel Austria. It is well located with restarants near by. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast each morning. Our stay in Vienna was excellent, even with some rain.

Negative aspects:
It was "very hard" to park our car near your hotel. The noise from the bar next to your hotel was disturbing, in particular at closure time when groups laughed in the alley.

Found the hotel to be heated a bit too much The bathroom in our room was very small compared to some of the other rooms.

loved the location, the personall was great,good ambiance and service,very clean

Negative aspects:
i would not call it negative but i think the hotel is in need for a bellman who can help with luggages,for me personally that was an inconvenience

The hotel was super-conveniently located to the Stephansplatz at a reasonable rate. Other hotels in the area seemed to be much more pricey. Clean, pleasant, and a great breakfast. Lots to choose from.
